He specializes in helping organizations navigate high-stakes growth, innovation, and change while delivering measurable, community-centered impact.
A systems thinker and cross-functional leader, Matthew has led large-scale portfolios and strategic initiatives for nationally recognized organizations including RTI International, Abt Associates, and ICF. His work spans nonprofit and for-profit sectors, where he has partnered with federal, state, and local governments, foundations, associations, and private-sector clients to design and implement evidence-based solutions.
Matthew brings a unique blend of behavioral science, human-centered design, and business acumen to his work. By translating data into actionable insights, he helps organizations align strategy, operations, and outcomes to create sustainable impact for communities and stakeholders.
He holds a master’s degree in psychology from Brandeis University and an MBA from East Carolina University. A North Carolina resident for more than 20 years, Matthew Strobl lives in Apex with his family and remains deeply committed to strengthening the region he calls home.
