Yes, pre-registration is required. Registration closes one week before the camp date, and full camp fees are due at the time of registration. You may only attend camps you have registered for.
What is the cancellation policy?
Camps require a minimum number of participants to run. If a camp is canceled due to low registration, you will be notified one week before the camp date. You will be given the option to transfer to another camp as space allows, or receive a full refund.
What is the refund policy?
Your entire registration fee will be refunded if you cancel at least two weeks before your camp date. Because camps require a minimum number of participants to run, if you cancel after that or fail to show up for camp, there will be no refund.
