Mindfulness with Annie

Want to feel more grounded these days? Join us and one of our Piedmont Field Instructors, Annie, for a few moments of mindfulness this afternoon. Annie walks us through how to slow down, take a break from our screens, and enjoy nature while unplugging (literally and figuratively). Hopefully, you can pop outside in between breaks in the rain today to practice some mindfulness.
