Outdoor classrooms bring learning into nature

WNC Parent featured Muddy Sneakers in an article in its February 2019 issue on the benefits of outdoor learning.

“Qualitatively, we see kids come alive,” says Ryan Olson, executive director of Muddy Sneakers. “Every year we have teachers tell us that a certain student isn’t doing well in the classroom but out here they are thriving.”
