WLOS features camp on ‘Never Stop Learning’

We are so pleased that Asheville-based TV station WLOS joined Camp Muddy Sneakers for a wild encounter!

Naturalist Carlton Burke brought his “Wild Encounters” program to Camp Muddy Sneakers on July 18, mesmerizing campers and getting filmed by WLOS for its “Never Stop Learning” segment.

On July 18, 2018, WLOS came out to the Carl Sandburg Home to interview campers about their experiences this summer and to watch as instructor and naturalist Carlton Burke introduced local creatures. Watch the video and read more here: “Campers learn about native wildlife at Carl Sandburg Home.”
